Project Overview

Weak institutional capacity and limited community participation often reduce the effectiveness of local development initiatives. The LGCDP addresses these challenges by supporting local governance structures, enhancing planning and budgeting processes, and engaging communities in development activities.

Through capacity building of local officials, awareness campaigns, and participatory mechanisms, the program ensures that development reflects community priorities and promotes transparency, accountability, and inclusivity.
